Totoro Japanese curry, this was vegetable curry cooked with carrots, potatoes and lady fingers, we had this with pork cutlet, which I had yet to fry, while taking this picture.

I used rice for Totoro's tummy, eyes, nose and ears. The ears were brown because I coated the rice with Japanese curry. I forgot Totoro's whiskers, but I think you can still tell it's him. :P

Totoro Spam musubi, which I made last year. I'm sure you have probably seen these Totoro Spam musubi before. There are lots of different version over the internet and there are some youtube tutorial on how to make them as well.

Spam musubi is actually a popular food from Hawaii, this combi is really yummy.

Ending this post with this chocolate cake I baked for my hubby's birthday last Monday. This was chocolate cake layered with chocolate mousse and covered with ganache. Hubby always celebrates his birthday every year without fail at a seafood restaurant he's a member of, and they always give him a complimentary birthday cake. But this year, they changed the cake to vouchers instead, so I decided to try baking one. It's been a long time since I last baked a chocolate cake, did not turn out too bad but definitely much room for improvements. I ended up taking a top down shot because the sides were quite messy, lol. -_-
Haha it's true! We do love spam musubi here (in Hawaii)! :3
