Bear Cupcake and Cookie

I was looking through my cupcake cases the other day, LT saw them and asked me to bake him some cupcakes. He said he wanted me to pack them into his lunchbox so he can have them for recess at school. I don't usually bake on school days, but since he requested, how could I say say no.

I ended up baking some cookies as well, to decorate the cuppies.

The cuppies were just plain vanilla ones, which I frosted with frosty whip.

The bear cookies I made. I made a few more other designs and took step-by-step photos on two of the designs, will try to update the recipe and tutorial next week.

      Tk u, SB. :) It is a powder based whipped cream. Add water to the powder and whip it. I like that the remaining powder can be store in the fridge n use when u need it.
