To obtain brown coloured rice, I coloured the rice with a bit of dark soya sauce, the dark soya sauce won't alter the taste of the rice if used minimally. I added on cheese and nori for the details.
The other food in the box are ginger pork, broccoli and strawberries.
I packed a box for myself too. In my bento are rice topped with deco furi, meatball, lotus roots, ginger pork, pea sprouts, tomatoes, radish and sweet potatoes.

DeleteI tried making Rilakkuma sushi and it proves to be not easy. How did you roll up the nose? It's so tiny. I ended with a huge nose n the whole bear turns out disproportionate. Any tutorial? :)
ReplyDeleteSorry, did not make any tutorial for this. I did it same way like bee sushi, shaped it with cling warp b4 wrapping with nori. I used quite little rice n made it small. Alternatively you can just do the heads n ears, n use cheese fr the nose. Hope tt helps.
