Haunted House and Spider Bento

My last Halloween bento for this week, I'm trying out my Lunch Punch tomorrow. I'll continue with my Halloween theme next week.

Haunted house made out of cheese and nori. I cheated here though, the nori are cut in parts and then pieced together. :P

For Lunch, my boys had rice, chicken patties, broccoli and grapes.

Spiders are also done with cheese and nori. :)

For snacks, I packed bread, with chicken patty and grapes. :)

Packed the extra chicken patties and rice for myself. Food somehow taste better when they are packed in a bento, lol. :)

  1. Wow Ming! How did u do the spider web? I was trying to attempt it 2 days ago on bread but it just could sit well. Did u cut the entire web w free hands? I really like the haunted house n the spider web! Great job!

My elder gal said exactly the same thing; food taste better in a bento lol!!!

    1. Tks, Emily. :) Better to do on cheese, than on bread directly, sticks n holds better. Yup, I did free hand but it's really quite easy. Just cut the long lines first. Then just cut a curve on seaweed, n keep cutting out fr there to fill up the web. :)

    1. Tks, TM. Actually this one is deceiving, not as much wk as some characters one. It's quite easy coz I cheated n cut in parts, n I folded my seaweed in half, so I only need to cut one time for 2 sets. :)

    1. I used a fine tipped scissors. But it's actually quite easy, like for the haunted house, I cut 3 levels, n then pieced together n add in the cross at the windows.
