
Salmon mayo and sausage bread cups for lunch. :)

I added ngoh hiang (pork rolls), grapes and strawberries as well. :)

I found a mousie pick in my stash, lol. :)

To make the mouse, first, boil quail egg, and cut around 1/3 of it as shown in the picture. I'm using bread crust for the ears.

Slot the ears into the quail egg. Slice off pink portion of kamaboko (japanese fishcake) and use a round cutter to cut out the nose.

Attach on the nose using angel hair pasta. These are the punchers I used for the eyes.

I used angel hair pasta for the whiskers. You can use a knife or a triangle cutter to cut out the cheese. I used a straw to poke the holes.

There it's done, I used picks for their tails. :)
