Wanton noodles for dinner last night. Noodles were tossed in sesame oil, soya sauce and oyster sauce. I've shared the char siew recipe in this post before. Fried dumplings recipe at the end of this post. :) I've pan-fried them instead though.

  1. Li Ming,

Is it we have to cut 2 different size of nori to make the sushi roll like this?

Arghh...I love this girl girl.....I guess my girl will love this. Will it very big piece? Besides, how to keep the nori stay crispy?

    1. Sannee, yes, the nori around the white rice is shorter, around 1/2 a sheet. Yah, quite big, one roll is just nice to cut into 6, for their lunch n snack box. Nori not crispy though, think not possible to be crispy, unless u do those type that keeps the nori in plastic sheet, or u serve immediately.
