Blue portion of Doraemon is coloured with butterfly pea flower.
Other food are chicken balls stuffed with cheese, broccoli and strawberries.
I'm out of blue bread stash, thought of making a loaf again, but I spotted some purple bread in the bakery yesterday, so I bought a pack to try. The purple colour is due to black glutinous. Lol, I know Doreamon is not purple, but I thought this shade of purple is pretty close to blue, no? Lol, the boys must have thought otherwise, they aked me why is Doraemon purple. :P

DeleteMy little one has a Doreamon shirt from Korea that is one of his absolute favorites. He would LOVE this one!! I'm not familiar with what you used to dye the blue rice, but I'll have to look into it. I love the color and the fact that it is natural! Fantastic job on this!
ReplyDeleteHow cute! :) You can try checking out the baking supplies or tea supplies shop. The flower is sold in dried form. And you just have to add hot water to it n leave it for a while, n you'll get blue water. :)
