Earth Day Bento

Earth day falls on this Sunday, I thought of making an early Earth Day bento, so that I can talk to the boys about this day. :) I am also joining a bento hop with the wonderful ladies from Bento Bloggers & Friends, so be sure to click on the next blog link at the end of this post, and it will take you on a Earth Day bento hop. :)

Bento for IT, in the box are onigiri, tonkatsu, broccoli, golden kiwis, strawberries and blueberries. This is IT in the bento, holding on to the Earth. :) Earth is made of rice coloured with blue natural colouring and spinach.

This is LT's bento, exact same food and theme, except this one has LT holding on to the Earth. :)

Bento for IT's recess, in the box are nutella bread, tonkatsu and grapes. I made a girl painting a rainbow. :)

Bento for LT to bring to School, same food as above, except he had strawberry jam sandwich.

My lunch, in the box are tonkatsu sandwich and Japanese curry. I love these sandwiches, I always buy them from the convenience stores or cafe for breakfast whenever I visit Japan.
