Mashed Potato Piggy Bento

I made piggies out of mashed potatoes today. They were coloured with red beet colouring, love the pretty pink colour. :) The previous time I moulded bears out of mashed potatoes, the ones for lunch at home lasted fine. But the one for IT's recess was all messed up. So, this time, I hope the piggy can last till recess.

Here's how I pack for IT's recess, I used 2 airtight containers, the smaller one contains frozen somen sauce.

  1. Those piggies are so cute. How do you prepare the mashed potato? I would love to make something similar.

    1. Kathleen, I added margarine(u can use butter too), milk n pinch of salt. Then I left it in the fridge n started moulding when it's cold. It's quite 'fragile' though, so might not last if u are bringing the bento out.
