I made bread rolls for the boys' bento and decorated them as Rilakkuma and Korilakkuma. Korilakkuma was done with white bread and I used wholemeal bread for Rilakkuma. It's easier to roll up the bread, if you flatten the bread first with a rolling pin. I'm using my Rilakkuma picks for the first time today. Aren't they cute?
LT's bento, they consist of ham/cheese roll, strawberry jam roll, golden kiwi, tofu/chicken patty and tuna, both glazed in Teriyaki sauce.
IT's bento, exactly the same stuff as LT's one.
IT's snack bento for recess, this one has ham/cheese roll and grapes.
I kept 2 of the tofu/chicken patty for my lunch.
Salad for me! :) Spinach salad mix with Tako and Wakame, this time I'm using the same dressing as the Korean Bibim Guksu.

@Bobo tks! Sounds nice, will check out ur blog. :)
ReplyDeleteI love that you put a face on the ham/cheese roll. I've never tried doing the roll and keeping it intact and doing it that way. I will have to try it. Oh, and your lunch? I want some of that! :)
ReplyDelete@ MommyUnglued, tks! If you are doing it, remember to flatten your bread with a rolling pin first. It's easier to roll and your bread won't break. You can also make bread sushi this way. :) haha, tks, I love tako and wakame! :)))
