Bento Stash Recipes - Fried Meatballs

This is also one of my regular bento stash. I am using this school holiday to prepare these, so that my job will be easier when school reopens next week. When making these meatballs for bento stash, I am only using simple ingredients like onion, garlic, salt and pepper. The reason why I avoid chinese spice like five spice powder or western herbs like rosemary, thyme is coz I do not want them to have any distinct chinese/western flavour. This makes them more versatile. I can use a variety of sauces on them. They can be glazed in teriyaki, curry, tomato based and cream sauce.

Deep fried Meatballs. These can be packed into small packs for freezing. Pop them into the fridge the nite before you need them. In the morning, just glaze them with a sauce and they are ready for your bento. :)
